- We document the damage. We take photos of the damage so you have clear documentation for your claim.
- You file your claim. If there’s damage worth claiming, you contact your insurance company to open a claim.
- We meet your adjuster on the roof. When the adjuster comes out, we can be there to walk the roof with them and point out the damage we documented.
- We get to work. Once your claim is settled, we can repair or replace your roof. Financing is available if you need it.

Sometimes a claim doesn’t go the way it should. We’re roofers, not public adjusters or lawyers, so we don’t negotiate claims or give legal advice. But we do know people who do.

A Note About Your Deductible
We want to be upfront: you pay your insurance deductible. We don’t cover or waive deductibles, because Tennessee law requires that the policyholder pays it. We think that’s the honest way to do business, and we’d rather you hear it from us at the start.
Signs Your Roof May Have Storm Damage
Not all storm damage is easy to spot from the ground. Watch for:
- Missing, cracked, or creased shingles
- Dents or dark spots on shingles from hail
- Shingle granules collecting in gutters or at the bottom of downspouts
- Dents in gutters, downspouts, vents, or flashing
- Lifted or loose shingles after high winds
