East Tennessee

Industrial plants, older masonry downtowns, healthcare and university buildings are common, and Knoxville-area buildings are close enough for quick service calls.

Middle Tennessee

West Tennessee

Commercial Roof Repair, Replacement and Restoration

• Inspections and leak repair – We find the source, repair membrane, flashing, curbs and penetrations, and send photos of the work.
• Replacement – Full tear-off or, where the existing roof and local codes allow, a recover system. We pull the permits the local jurisdiction requires.
• Restoration – Coatings for roofs that are still sound underneath, after an inspection confirms they are good candidates.
• Drainage and gutters – Drains, scuppers and commercial gutters sized for heavy rain.
